Very easy and quick closing on the land purchase I made. Office was clean and had a comfortable reception area and the staff were all friendly.

My father, a disabled Korean War veteran, was told by a veterans administrative representative that he was ineligible to receive VA aid and attendance benefits because his income exceeded the qualifying amount. We were referred to Kimbrough law. We were hesitant to pursue a claim fearing we would end up paying legal fees without gaining a benefit but after speaking with one of kimbrough law’s paralegals we decided to go ahead and see if they could help us. Our attorney at Kimbrough, Bayli Fields, was extremely personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She explained the entire application process and was available to answers all our questions. Ms. Fields filed the appplication and kept us notified of any corespondence she received from the CA. After 6 weeks we received word that both my parents were in fact eligible for aid and attendance benefits. I would highly recommend anyone who is a veteran to contact Kimbrough law even if they believe they are not eligible for benefits. The extra money has been a God send to us.
