Top notch Man! Who has obviously seen it all! Will fight when he can or negotiate when he has too. I used him for a no win dui an feel like while he isn't cheap he did the best he could with what he had to work with. In my case he clearly explained the best of all the evils. Lee got a deal i could live with not easy, I did wrong but I can keep my job an make things right! Top notch Man!

Keeping it short and sweet. Attorney Webb is a stand-up honest and fair attorney. He doesn't mind going the extra mile especially if he knows you're appreciative of his efforts. Any criminal matters to handle call him immediately. If you don't at least try, you're a fool. He and his assistant Alisa are AMAZING!

I have never had a lawyer before, I had spoke to a few by phone. however, but I didn't feel comfortable or confident. I scheduled a consultation with Mr. Webb and within 5 minutes of the consult and giving my statment to my case I felt confortable and confident. He is knowledgeable and very professional. I didn' t have to keep calling and looking for a lawyer I knew he would be right for me.

Had a phone conversation with Mr. Webb and he basically didn't want to help. Never ask anything about the situation i was in or anything. Just told me to pay the fine and get it over.

Since my first interaction with Attorney Lee Webb I never felt more comfortable with the process and knew that he handled the case as it is his only focus, as he does with each and every case. He's thorough, patient, and overly understanding with your concerns. Better yet, he's a listening lawyer which I find a lot of lawyers don't do. To this day he is the only lawyer I will use, or, if he can't handle the case he's the only lawyer I'm comfortable taking recommendations from. I was charged with a DUI in April 2012. The following month I met with Mr. Lee Webb for a consultation after already meeting and speaking with a few lawyers. Prior to meeting with Lee Webb I read up on him and the law offices of Head, Thomas, Webb, and Willis, and it was very clear that it was a top notch firm, but any person knows that just because something looks good on paper doesn't mean it truly is all that it says to be. So I set up a consultation, and keep in mind I already was 95% sure on another lawyer, but within 5 minutes I changed my mind and knew Lee Webb was the man I needed if I wanted to get the case dismissed because just by the way he presented himself and spoke I knew he's the type of guy you want on your side. After hiring Mr. Webb I had my first court appearance, and there were hundreds of people there, and it could of taken all day but as soon as Mr. Webb appeared in that court room he was allowed to go in the back room to speak with the prosecutor and whoever else they needed to speak with, as were other lawyers, but I don't know if they had their clients out of there within the first 10 minutes. That alone made me feel even more confident in Mr. Webb. He told me what the possible options may be (both good and bad) and I went about my life and was back at work. About 4-6 weeks passed and I get a call from Mr. Webb while I'm at work and he tells me he got my case DISMISSED within a month or two of when I was charged!!! It was the greatest feeling. After the long nights considering what may happen if I get convicted, the probation, the conviction on my record,etc., all of those possibilities were wiped away, and in the end all I had to do was pay for a traffic citation for $60, and that was the happiest I will ever be to pay for a ticket! Unfortunately 2 years passed and I find myself being pulled over late at night and next thing I know I'm a jail cell and charged with DUI AGAIN. When I was bailed out I knew exactly where to go and went right back to Lee Webb. This time it was a lot more shaky knowing that law enforcement, the prosecutor, and a judge would all be able to see that I was charged with a DUI before because you do not have to be convicted for them to see you've had a similar situation before. So it made everything that more scary. I never had to appear in court, and Lee told me he was going to have this one sent downtown to Fulton County, which is his specialty. Fulton County deals with a lot of cases and this allows your case to be pushed back, and back, and back some more. So a year passes and I still haven't even been to court. It got to the point that I didn't even think about the case, so I could work and live my life without it interfering in any way all because of Lee Webb. All I had to do was stay out of trouble...fast forward one more year and out of the blue I see a missed call from Mr. Webb and my heart drops. I call him back and Lee answers because he is great with his phone and always makes himself available to his clients. He tells me for the second time himself, not his secretary, but Lee Webb himself tells me the great news that my case was dismissed AGAIN!! It was even more relieving than the first time because even though it didn't interfere with my life it was still attached to my life and it made me feel like something was weighing me down. Who knows what would of happened if I never decided to meet with Mr. Lee Webb but it was the best decision of my life after being put in the worst situation of my life. Also the accountants, assistants/secretaries at Thomas, Webb, and Willis/Law Offices of J. Lee Webb were great. They were very professional and prompt to reply to any questions or concerns I had. Together they make an amazing team. If you ever find yourself in a tough situation ask for a consultation with Lee Webb. He's allowed me to live my life without anything holding me down, and for that I am forever thankful.

This was a first-time DUI (0.08), first-ever offense of any sort. I was referred to Lee by a lawyer friend. Lee and Alisa (his assistant) did an outstanding job of guiding me through the process from first contact all the way through trial (that never occurred). When the solicitor finally was willing to do a plea deal the morning of the trial, he negotiated to get the best possible outcome, thus avoiding an actual trial and the uncertainties that come with that. However, I feel that if we had gone to trial, Lee had all of the tools, resources, and experts ready to go for a successful outcome. Most of all, Lee was forthright and honest. He will tell you how it is going to be (good, bad or indifferent).

Lee is simply the best DUI defense attorney in Georgia. He's professional, knowledgeable, and understands the system. The outcome in my case was even better than expected. Lee is always personally available - which is very comforting going through a legal process such as this, and as an attorney, I know this is quite exceptional. His office is extremely professional and responsive. I couldn't recommend any attorney more highly.
