Retaining Kim was the best decision we made, he resolved the case fair and favorably My 18 yo daughter, UGA student, received a speeding violation on College Station Road by the UGA Vet School. This was her first speeding violation and came with a mandatory arraignment; prior to her appearance she completed a defensive driving course and performed community service in the hopes of pleading to a reduced charge. We appeared at court, on time, well dressed and she was remorseful of the situation. At the arraignment the prosecutor offered a plea bargain of a six month license suspension, and supervised probation. She had not been charged with reckless driving, DUI/DWI or possession; we left and retained Kim Stephens

Mike graciously took over our case with a month to catch up on everything before our final court date since our previous lawyer up and left the state and shut down his law office.
