Everyone was here was great at answering any questions I had or concerns, my Case Manager Tanya & Client Relations Satonia were super communicative, supportive and professional. Last but not least, when I had concerns over the weekend Atty Greathouse personally called me to discuss and reassure me & supported me with facts & made me feel what I said was important - because I know my case wasn't easy peasy!! I would definitely return if needed!!

By far the worst I have experienced. Whom everyone answers the phone is by far rude af . Ghetto I can say . No customer service skills at all … Now Brittany was very helpful after I demanded to speak with someone else …. Who would expect an Attorney law firm to treat ppl differently when calling for assist and help . I wish everyone the best of luck here . Just wasn’t my best experience …
