My case manager, Nicole Veillard was GREAT! I started with another case manager (will remain nameless), was pretty bad with communication, follow-ups providing me with a walk through of expectations as it pertains to my case. Due to the lack of communication, I was initially not happy with initial case manager. Not to mention, when I Thought this case manager was working on my behalf, I was called to be introduce to a new case manager. This case manager lasted for maybe 1 month or so before working with Nicole. By the time Nicole was assigned to me, I was highly irritated and not pleased with services. Upon meeting her I provided Nicole with my issues/concerns. She listened with care and assured me my case would be handled with care and would adhere to continual communication with me. Nicole definitely held to her word! She made her presence known and was more than willing to make sure I was fully aware of what was transpiring on my behalf. She was right and was able to turn a disgruntle customer into a significantly satisfied customer! You did an amazing job in getting the job done! Thanks a bunch Nicole your the Best!

Wow.... Just wow. Narcissism at its worst. I should have read the reviews. Im sure the good reviews are FAKE. Everything I have experienced with this "firm" is highlighted multiple times throughout the bad reviews. Please if your reading this DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING PERIOD. quenton is real arrogant and disrepectful. Belittling people who just honestly want to know whats goin on in their case because you think somehow you are above them is baffling. Do better. Better yet just go home. You in the way fr.

Omg God where do I start to say that this was the best experience I’ve had with a law firm that handles accident injuries.
