So far so good, they are working on my case

Atlanta office. Called to set up initial appointment to discuss disability claims for my wife and son. After calling four times and being put on hold for more than 5 minutes each time, and this after a week of email correspondence, I was told by a "legal assistant" that the Atlanta office is not doing in person consultations. Sorry, not going to work with an attorney over Facetime. I get that attorneys need to "triage" their leads, but all they know at this point is their names and zip code. Not going to share personal information over potentially non-secure means of communication. If WalMart can figure out how to keep people safe without masks, I would think a law firm could as well.

The feeling of relief the compassionate treatment and making sure I understood all my options without making me feel incompetent from staff and attorney and the urgency to file my case was unmatched I would definitely recommend them to anyone
