Atlanta office. Called to set up initial appointment to discuss disability claims for my wife and son. After calling four times and being put on hold for more than 5 minutes each time, and this after a week of email correspondence, I was told by a "legal assistant" that the Atlanta office is not doing in person consultations. Sorry, not going to work with an attorney over Facetime. I get that attorneys need to "triage" their leads, but all they know at this point is their names and zip code. Not going to share personal information over potentially non-secure means of communication. If WalMart can figure out how to keep people safe without masks, I would think a law firm could as well.

I contacted Brock and Stout for assistance with my minor son's disability case after previously being denied. The staff, from the beginning to the end of the process was throrough, attentive and professional. My attorney, Mr. Jason Thompson, had properly reviewed all information recieved and was very informed with my son's medical concerns before speaking with me, and eased my concerns about having a hearing. Thanks to the complete staff's detailed work my son case, we won his case with only one hearing. I HIGHLY recommend Brock and Stock for anyone's disability case needs.
