Attorney Quinton Seay and his paralegal, Lori Wyche, did an excellent job handling my mother’s medical malpractice lawsuit and won a very good settlement. No amount of money can replace what my mother went through. However, Attorney Seay got me some closer by making the liable party accountable. Malpractice cases are long and tedious, but Attorney Seay was persistent and kept fighting. Lori Wyche was the best. She always made sure I stayed informed, explained everything in detail, was compassionate and professional the entire time. I would definitely recommend Seay/Felton Trial Lawyers. They have the experience, knowledge and they get results.

They are horrible and rude the lady told me I spoke with told me I told me I don't qualify which is okay but as I was saying thank you got a attitude an hung up on me rude glad im not working with them.

Attorney Quinton Seay was the worst Attorney me and my family have ever worked with. He never returned calls. It seemed as though he was working for the hospital and not us. He waited until we had no more time to go with another attorney before he told us that there was nothing he could do. He never gave us copies of her medical records as we requested. He sent us incomplete information on a disk that was multiple pages of the same information. He possibly got a pay off from the hospital. He was friends of administrators of the hospital.

I am very grateful to have gotten the opportunity to work with Attorney Felton and also Paralegal, Ms. Alvina Stewart. They really put their all in and I was able to have a settling feeling that I was in good hands throughout the entire process.

Considering what The Mosby Law Firm has done for us, words are not sufficient to express our gratitude. There are three times in everyone’s life when they need kindness, compassion, and a word of assurance: sickness (whether it’s you or a loved one), death, or trouble. Loss is loss. My baby boy got in trouble due to no fault of his own. Mr. Mosby was appointed to represent him. I am old and was in a complete state of desperation and despair. I had questions. My son is an adult, and Mr. Mosby “did not” have to speak with me, but he did. There was never a time, when I spoke with him, that he rushed me. He answered all of my questions, made sure that everything was clear, and always, ALWAYS gave me that word of assurance. Well, it’s all over now, and he did exactly what he said he would do. My son has been cleared of all charges and can get back to his normal life. There are a lot of good lawyers where intelligence and skill is concerned, but there is one difference that sets Mr. Mosby aside from the others... he genuinely cares. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, Mr. Mosby. I will never forget what you’ve done to help us. May God continue to richly bless you.
