This firm has done a great job for my claim. They certainly do care about their clients. And, they work hard to ensure the client gets their just reward.

This company took my case and sent me to their cheesy doctor. After completing my doctor visits, they shopped my file out to Atlanta Trial Lawyers who sat on my file for months and then decided that they didn't want to represent me. Atlanta Trial Lawyers then sent my file back to Kanner and Pintaluga which assured me that my case would be properly handled. After a month of no contact, they sent me a letter telling me that they were not going to complete my case with no real explanation. I feel that they were very unprofessional in handling my situation. I suggest that any other people thinking about using this service to think again. Very disappointed and a lot of time wasted for naught.

Attorney Chris Beault....was the best thing about dealing with this firm. I went through 2 attorneys prior to Chris taking on my case. He fought the hardest and got me some rewaRd from a case that other attorneys said was not worth pursuing. If I had to recommend this firm I would say request for Chris to handle the case it gets the job done. I admit he don't communicate well but when is time to communicate on your behalf his voice is heard.

Every time I call and those girls pick up the phone to transfer you to the actual person you need they ALWAYS have a very unpleasant attitude. Customer service for that part is a negative 10 no one wants to call a business and when the Rep. picks up the phone you get a really nasty attitude for no reason from all those girls (literally every time I call they don’t even sound happy they work for these people or have a pleasant tone). If you hate your job that much to answer a phone just to transfer people to their right case manager or attorney get a new one. No way to talk with a nasty tone if they are just calling for information on their case.

I appreciate the fact every time I called everyone was completely knowledgeable and upfront with what was going on with my case and prepared me as to what to expect which eased worries and gave me a peace of mind I will highly recommend your company to anyone with an injury and in need of legal assistance as you guys are the very best!

The staff was polite,professional, and very helpful at all times. Brandon Hughes and Karina Grisales kept me informed about all aspects of my case . All of my questions were answered promptly and professionally. I would definitely recommend this firm to anyone in need of a personal injury attorney.
