Had accident 2/17/23 & I’m just ready for this to be over… I pray I don’t ever be in a car wreck again if so I think I will just handle everything myself… Although progress was made between August and now I’m still being fed misinformation and I feel like it’s inconsiderate on their behalf when I was very vocal about needing the check I’ve been waiting on… I feel as if your lawyers should make sure you are ok not just tell you anything to make you feel better and it’s not correct!

Estoy muy agradecida con el servicio de Alvaro quien siempre ha sido muy diligente y amable y solo pongo las 5⭐️ por Él. Sin embargo☹️☹️Noooooo ha sido buena la experiencia con el tema de comunicarme con la empresa o que me contacten para darme información de como va mi caso, ya pasó mas de un año del accidente y el caso ya se cerró hace mas de 5 meses y aún no recibo mi cheque, me dicen que ya casi que la otra semana y asi me tienen, cuando llamo para hablar con Aldo (que es la persona encargada ahora) no es fácil contactarme con él y dejo un mensaje para que me llame y tampoco recibo la llamada de vuelta, me siento muy molesta y esto proceso ha sido lento, molesto y desgastante. Espero tener pronta respuesta y ya terminar con esto porque he perdido mucho tiempo, y energía y no me parece justo que tenga que estar poniendo este comentario para que ojala si me den respuesta y ya todo termine, la verdad no los recomendaria con alguien. Espero pronta respuesta.

She answered all of my questions in a timely fashion and sent me clear directions when she needed my attention to documents. She made this process stress free and easy to navigate.
