Banks Weaver, LLC is a great law firm. I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. Although I was in contact with both attorneys, Mr. Gabriel Banks and Mr. Sam Weaver, I mainly worked with Mr. Weaver. Imagine having an attorney that you can get in contact with and who follows up with you so you’re not left wondering what’s going on with your case. That’s how Sam Weaver operates. You will receive updates when there are updates to provide. Don’t worry, your attorney will walk you through the process so you’ll always know where you stand. The updates are provided so that you are always kept in the loop. I was impressed with Mr. Weaver’s quality of work and professionalism. Everyone in their office represents the Firm well. Also, Mr. Banks and Mr. Weaver have a great sense of humor which for me makes both relatable. Your case is important to you and they understand that and will treat you with respect, dignity and significance. Give them a call, you won’t be disappointed!

This rating is for Mildred Dolph(The gate keeper). This lady acted as an attorney shutting down every question or statement and even tried to push me odd to another attorney. Very argumentative and had no sympathy for my situation. It’s know way that this lady had my situation in her best interest. If we can’t be in the same page and agree then how can we stand together in any situation.

The best two lawyers hands down. I loss my brother no other lawyer would pick up his case. My family were told the case was impossible to win. Banks and Weaver pick up the case and WIN with no problems. We were very happy with the outcome my niece and nephew have a full ride to college plus more. Thank you guys again for hitting this case out the ball park 😁
