I was introduced to Gabe Banks in the summer of 2020. From the start he was very open and honest about what it would take from start to finish to fight my case. Which I truly respected. Not too long after I met Gabe, Gabe introduced me to Sam Weaver who was also very much the same. While I felt some doubts at certain times throughout the whole process they both reassured me that I’ve made the right choice and coming to them was the right choice probably the best choice looking back❤️. Gabe and Sam were there any time I needed to call/ text no matter day or night they would call or text back, the communication was the best of the best. If I had worries I could always reach Sam or Gabe not some assistant at the front desk and that’s what I loved the most! Here it is today Sept 15,2022 a long way from all my doubts and all my worries….WE TOOK HOME A BIG WIN!!! They both told me it would take some time. I didn’t rush! I didn’t give up, but most importantly they didn’t give up on us on the case which was a hard one! I cried tears of joy!! I’m still in shock! Gabe and Sam worked hard and gave this case everything they had which was the absolute BEST!!! Due to Sam and Gabe my 4yr old son has a head start on life once he reaches a certain age and that makes my heart smile. These two men worked so hard for something that couldn’t bring a loved one back but start a journey for a small kid to ensure a better life! Let’s just say a trust fund baby! To Sam and Gabe, Thank you for everything, I truly appreciate you both! There aren’t enough stars that I could click to help you both understand how grateful it’s been to have had you both in my corner!!! Top tier services!!! The best of the best!! I’ll click all five stars but you both deserve way more!! Thank you!

Erin Dohnalik went above and beyond to keep me appraised of the behind-the-scenes legal machinations with my case that involved prosecutors and the court system. Time and Time again, she patiently explained where we were in the process and the possible outcomes as the case progressed. Ultimately she helped get the case dropped and the records (expunged) sealed.
