There is no better criminal defense attorney than David Botts. He has represented me on felony and misdemeanor cases with remarkable results. Mr. Botts genuinely cares about his clients and he is a great person and a true professional. David Botts is simply the best.

I was arrested for a first offense DUI on a Saturday night in January. When I found out that I was to appear in court that Tuesday morning, I was beside myself in fear and stress. I called Mr. Botts' office on Sunday, knowing that the office would be closed, left a message, and Mr. Botts returned my call just a few hours later. Not only did he appear in court for me on Tuesday, but appeared for me on the two subsequent dates without me even needing to be there. Ultimately, he got my charges dropped from DUI to reckless driving with probation and community service. He was extremely professional, courteous, willing to answer any and all questions that I had, and his laid back demeanor put me at ease throughout the entire stressful process. Mr. Botts is superb. He's handled both of my DUI cases and was able to get my 2nd DUI reduced to Reckless Driving. This is extremely rare, but he pulled it off. He has great connections throughout the city and will do his very best to negotiate your best possible outcome. I've recommended him to others and will continue doing so. If you have a DUI case pending, I would at least talk to him. He will tell you up front what your chances are for getting it reduced or even thrown out.
