I received Mr. Remson’s number from 2 separate people that got their DUI reduced or dismissed. I came to Rock with DUI, failure to maintain, no seat belt, faulty taillights, and driver without license on person. I left the courtroom with wreckless driving and a Nolo failure to maintain lane. I am amazed he was able to reduce my charge and save my future from the limitations of a dui and license suspension. Hey may be an angel living on earth! Don’t hesitate to call him if you find yourself in a similar situation.

I couldn't of asked for more of a professional unbiased thorough criminal defense attorney, let alone good human being. It takes a special individual to practice criminal law. The standard or the status quo will mostly encompass an outrageous retainer and rate that will more than likely, in the end, result in some exchange of your precious time and money as a punishment, leaving you wishing you hired the other "guy." When his client is your child, although you are not expecting any more than legal advice and representation you also get sincere discussions and options for your child, what else could you possibly want? For us, he was able to skillfully have some charges dismissed, some reduced, but the ONE HUGE ONE, is he gave our child a second chance by getting them into the best program available within the judicial system, HE GAVE US OUR CHILD BACK on the other side; better than we could have ever expected. There is no parent that wants anything more than to have their child healthy and making good decisions, with a much brighter future than they could have had under a different attorney. About two years ago on Christmas night I found myself in a serious situation in one of the worst counties to catch a charge in. I knew I was innocent and I also knew it would take a strong lawyer to prove it. I began on the following day to call around to find a lawyer very few wanted to take my case in that County because of it's History to say the least. I have unfortunately needed Rocky's services several times. He was referred to me by my uncle while facing cannabis possession charges and took over my case.
