This was a referral from a friend. I had no Attorney experience. From the beginning I felt comfortable and cared for. Rock took my son's case and he hit a home run. Without going into details he prepared and got his case expunged! I would definitely refer him to any and everyone!

If I can give this man 10 stars I would. He did an amazing job for on my behalf. He stayed in constant contact with me throughout the process. I would absolutely use his services again.

Strong injury & criminal defense lawyer

Rock Remson was on his A game from day 1. His firm got my wife and I scheduled with very professional orthopedic drs to check extent of injuries and treat as needed. He was very attentive to our needs. Communicated what the plan of action was, and put it into place. From start to finish the professionalism of Rock Remson and his associates was excellent. I hired Mr. Habachy on a friend's recommendation because he knew how serious of trouble I was in, immediately Joe was on the ball and handled everything. I'm not gonna lie, I thought I was going away for along time AGAIN. But his team always let me knw what was going on, Mr Habachi was always 1 call away, never not communicating.. That's what mattered to me, cause I truly believed I was done for, I had a trafficking with 5 more felonies. of course if your wanting the best attorney for the BUCK, he's your guy. My case never made it to the grand jury, it was completely dismissed. Call it luck or whatever, Joe made that DA and his witness look silly in the court room, my heart jumped outta my chest when the judge hit that gavel & said NOT GUILTY CASE DISSMISSED. The best lawyer I've known. Joe's was on the case the minute I get off the phone. He's fast with returning phone called and email and if he's not available due to being in court, he will reply by the end of the day. My best experiment with Joe and his office is that he explained to me thoroughly about the case in human terms because some lawyer doesn't do that. I think it is very important that I understand the circumstance. I know that I would not have had the successful outcomes I have had. Mr. Joe Habachy took on an extremely difficult case and encountered issues that no one expected and few had ever seen. He worked tirelessly to make sure that the truth was told and presented it perfectly. His thorough research provided us with the pathway we needed to rise to victory.
