If I had the option to rate 10 stars I would’ve did that or more he has done so much for me that I don’t even know how to repay him back he always does everything that he says he’s going to do and he lets you know about things ahead of time but overall there is no one like him and if anybody is reading this take it seriously because he’s the man.

During these trying times we were faced with many obstacles trying to resolve a family member’s case until I met Rock Remson. Courts were closed the back log was long and it took an act of congress to get permission to have the case trial via Zoom. Mr. Remson removed all obstacles and via zoom our case was resolved with better-than-expected terms. We are so grateful for his service and recommend him to anyone facing a legal battle in the State of Georgia.

Joe had previously taken care of some of my affairs and this last case was another example of why I continue to have my legal needs cared for by Joe. When he tells me that he has it handled, I know he has it handled. Whenever I call, his lovely assistant Janet is prompt to answer and always makes sure she gets my messages responded to in a timely fashion. Joe Habachy is the upmost intelligent, professional and phenomenal lawyer I’ve ever dealt with. He ensures you fully understands your case and the laws pertaining to it. Joe S. Habachy did an amazing job in resolving very complicated forfeiture federal case against my assets . Feds wrongfully seized significant amount of money from me and very reputable law firms and attorneys from multiple states told me i had zero chance in resolving my case . It took several months but Joe recovered it !! Exceeded all my expectations !! Only a handful attorneys in USA can handle a similar case and Joe Habachy is one of them !
