If you’ve recently been injured in an accident and looking for an attorney PLEASE read Warning: this will be a little lengthy but really needs to be said. I was in an accident a few weeks ago- me being the driver and one passenger. At first I went with the Wilson PC because they have a lot of great reviews which initially tuned me in and yes, they have a very welcoming demeanor and great customer service but all that went down the drain after I signed. The passenger I had in my vehicle the day of the accident went with another law firm and he’s all set and way ahead of me. He gets updated almost everyday. In my experience ever since I signed, I did not receive one phone call, one update or email. I also wasn’t set up for physical therapy until almost 3 weeks after the accident and I did not receive an MRI within that time frame that they had told me they had pending for me. The passenger I had started therapy and received an MRI just days after on behalf of their law firm of choice. There was also a slight “hiccup” that I spoke to my attorney about. I knew he could tell I was terribly stressed because he made me repeat that it was all going to be okay and taken care of on his behalf. Well, about a week later, that “hiccup” comes up again and I tried to explain that it should’ve been taken care of on behalf of my attorney. The company proceeded to inform me that they never received a phone call or email on behalf of the Wilson PC and or my attorney. So with that said… I was really hoping this could work because everyone in the reviews seems elated with their outcome however, it just seems like I was being dragged and it’s already stressful enough to have to go back and forth with the phone calls, paperwork, emails , etc following an accident on top of personal life that I felt my passenger was being taken care of so much more than I was that I made the decision to terminate my contract with the Wilson PC.

A friend of mine recommended me to The Wilson PC and I’ve had a fabulous experience working with Joel Callaway and Alisha Pitts. They took very good care of my case. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. If I ever find myself in another wreck, I’ll be back. 10 out of 10, will definitely recommend to a friend. On top of it all, the office is beautiful and Mr. Barnes was very welcoming when I went to pick up my dispersement check. I can’t forget to mention the lovely goody bag I received! If you like communication, consistency, or honesty, Don't waste your time. I'm an active client, I called my lawyer and assistant . Their never available, and don't return your calls . I've been dealing with this since October of 2023, and I thought maybe the holidays 😐no it's still going on June 2024. I never know what's going on .when I call, there is no response. I think the only one works is the receptionist. SMH . I don't know, maybe it's just my lawyer, Ashlen Rosier and her assistant Ebony . Very very unprofessional. I thought I hired them?🤔 Might have been better off just deal with insurance company.And all my Dr appointments ended the 1st week of March. So maybe they'll get this message. 😔
