Shoutout to Natalie & The Dennis Law Firm for taking on my case. Everyone I spoke with at the firm was extremely professional and they did an amazing job answering all my questions. My attorney gave me sound advice every step of the way and I can't recommend them enough!

HOW DO YOU NOT PAY THE EMERGENCY ROOM that you requested the records from? I believed the HYPE....FOUND OUT THAT THIS FIRM ONLY CARES ABOUT THEIR 33%. They will FIGHT ...YOU!!! UPDATE: Mr. Dennis responded, and requested me to contact his office; so he could make it right. Of course he was not available. I spoke to his personal assistant. TWO WEEKS HAVE PASSED and I have not received a follow-up as promised by the FIRM THAT CARES. My question is what do they care about?? Your image on Social Media is certainly different that your posture in real life. Mr. Dennis posted a response that he would personally consult with me. He did not. Referring to the agreement is technical. However, bring competent and thorough is another matter. Paying the Emergency Room Bill should be elementary. Being untrue to your word demonstrates a lack of credibility and integrity. Perhaps my case didn't pay for enough BILLBOARDS and TELEVISION COMMERCIALS to qualify for COMPETENT REPRESENTATION or even a PHONE CALL as promised. Post Mr. Dennis' response to make it right. Then do so, as promised.

Let me start by saying I got a decent settlement, but the road to it was very rocky, I didn't even mind that it took 3 years to finally settle, but what concerns me is the different ppl I was switched around to, the not keeping me in the loop with my case, I was doing most of the phone calls only to be told the paralegal wasn't available, in the end I forgot who was my paralegal !!! Never again !!!

This firm sent me to two different providers and did not monitor my visits. Therefore, all the medical compensation was used up and not much for me. This firm did me a disservice and I would not recommend them. They did not return phone calls and the insurance company sent them a check in Nov and I still have not received any compensation. The Dennis Law Firm worked my case and they were amazing the whole process. They made it very easy for me during a difficult time. They did an amazing job explaining all my option for my case and answered all the question I had. They were always in constant contact when updating me on the progress of the case. The firm fought hard for me to make sure I got what I deserved. Overall I would say I had an excellent experience and would absolutely use them again if need be.

This law firm was referred to us to handle a car accident where my truck was totaled. We waited years for a settlement from the insurance companies and once the case was resolved, The Dennis Law Firm was paid their end of the settlement and has still not sent our portion. We've been waiting over 9 months to be paid. Avoid this law firm at all costs if you are interested in a quick turn around or professional handling with your award money. This practice has uninformed workers as we've been passed around when we call to get clear answers and we've been through several attorneys for our one case. Still they have yet to pay our awarded money (Close to 10k). The experience was not worth the trouble and headache. I would never choose this firm if I had the choice again.

The worse, I’m professional will have your case just sitting there just because he’s too busy! I hate to knock a black business down, but this is the worse represent exactly what Atlantis ghetto please don’t waste your time I don’t care how many billboards you see run! If it’s not a big he doesn’t care will overcharge you for nothing!

This attorney was recommended to me. But I didn't feel I got the best service. My initial attorney was awesome, great follow up and available. However she quit. The next attorney was rarely available and didn't seem too interested in my case. He took the word of the other attorneys client without asking my version. He didn't even question the issues after our talks. He just didn't impress me with concern. I felt my case was small and unimportant. And I've heard good things about this firm.

O out of 10 would certainly not recommend. The communication is extremely poor. You will go through many attorneys and contacts before your case is settled. They operate very unprofessional from the young lady that answers the phone. If you want a firm that is fair and upfront do not choose this one. I signed my daughter up to be a client with this form before she even graduated high school. She had just also turnt 18. I have been the only point of contact for her case along with them having me sign all documentation etc. all of a sudden when I start to question the breakdown, fees, and the work that they claim They were doing but was not they send me an email saying they can’t speak with me they must speak with my 19 year old daughter. Not only am I having issues with them my mother who I referred to them are having the same issues. They say they have relationships with medical providers that they send you to but that’s a lie also. They are not connected as they say they are. You will find yourself doing the footwork on the case trying to get your fees reduced because they will drag their feet. Just a heads up that you want to support business but it’s hard to when they give this type of service. Beware!!!
