Injured in an accident? Call M&M only if you don't mind being ignored or lied to about someone calling you to discuss the progress of your case. These people just don't care and are slow to communicate. M&M is not for the people; they are for themselves, never returning your calls or knowing what's going on with your case. I had two cases with them, thinking I had the best I jnjury attorneys in the country. I quickly was made to realize I made a serious misjudgment and had to move one of my cases to another attorney. So, don't waste your time. Don't deal with malpractice and being ignored. Do yourself a favor and don't fall for all the advertisement hype like I did. JUST WALK A WAY!!!

My case manager is Michael and so far so good. Good communication he calls atleast once a week to keep me updated. Will update further as time comes. Update from 6 months ago I should have waited until my case was over before i wrote a review. My lawyers and case managers have changed multiple times since i have had Morgan and Morgan. They make it sound better than what it is about the communication because they dont communicate like they should and its almost impossible to get in touch with them or get answers unless you constantly call them until someone finally answers. You will talk to someone on your case one day and then 3 weeks or so later try to get an update just to find out whats been said still hasnt been done yet and always get a different answer. When i swapped to Morgan and Morgan from my previous lawyer they said it shouldnt take more than 3 months as my case was simple and my accident was in December 2022. Guess my case is too small for them to worry about. Will continue to update as my case progresses.

My case manager seems more like a prosecuting attorney for the woman who hit us than someone working for us. We hired a lawyer so I wouldn't be as stressed about all of my medical appointments and just dealing with this accident. Every time I speak with her I hang up with so much anxiety and stress that I almost regret hiring M&M to represent us. I would actually like to have a different case manager and someone needs to teach her better communication skills, she definitely doesn't seem like she cares about my welfare at all. I am very dissatisfied with my experience with M&M thus far.
