No reason given on why my case couldn’t be taken by the firm. She essentially read the script off the computer but didn’t offer any explanation as to why or how my case is even evaluated. Is the dollar amount not enough for you? As a business owner looking for help against big business and franchisor’s, you are not a defender of local business owners in Orlando.

She wouldn't stop reading her "script" long enough to let me get a word in when she misstated something. She was evasive and when asked questions and kept trying to read the "script". She was obviously a simply a call taker with no legal background. She was an unnecessary waste of time as the information she requested was already submitted.
