Poor at best, I couldn't understand nothing he was saying really and then he told me they couldn't represent me and wouldn't tell me why when I have had 5 surgeries on my ankle and probably get it amputated in October when my medicare kicks in so I'm not very happy with y'all right now.your not for the people cause I'm the people

She was very nice.

The young lady was attetive and very kind. HOWEVER, you say i don't have a medical malpractice case, I KNOW THAT. That wasn't what i was asking for help wit, but your case specialists said NO. The only reason i can assume this is you don't want smaller cases, you don't have time for someone who isn't looking for millions. As far ad I am concered the fact that you had someone spend less than 2min after the only person i spoke to is an intake specialist say no without even speaking to me is LEGAL MALPRACTICE. But not to worry, ill just take care of this myself as best I can. And yes i will NOT ever send anyone to you if they ask. You all have a nice day, because you damn sure ruined mine.

They had thier favorites, when I first started thier they didn't want me to use my own tools, so told me to make a list of tools I needed, which I did, they still didn't get me the tools I asked for. So cutting that brach off the tree on a exstion ladder 8 to 10 feet up using a saw saw, was wrong, that's where I feel and got hurt, I was supposed to be on light duty, but I was still lifting heavy stuff that I shouldn't have. Then fired me cause I didn't do the pavers the way they wanted, heavy pavers.

Worst experience of my life. They firm does not treat you anything like the commercial states. As a matter of fact that was the only reason went with this firm because I thought they would fight for me and make sure I was given the best service possible. On the commercial when they say they will come to you if you can’t come to them is not true I never met with anyone until it was time sign for the check. Instead my lawyer kept giving me false hope ( that’s whenever I could get him on the phone). He always was too busy. I kept getting the run around from him. It took 2-3 weeks shy of a year to get my case settled. My court date was postponed 3 or mores times, And through it all it just seemed no one cared. I guess because I didn’t have a million dollar lawsuit. Also to make matters worse the lawyer I trusted to get me the best outcome settled for a fraction of what should have been awarded to me because in his words ( he didn’t want to try for the quoted amount because he heard that the opposing lawyer usually settles for little to nothing and that I should be thankful for the amount I received). We “NEVER” went to trial and what worse is the small amount of so called compensation that I received was ripped apart and dissected to supposedly pay hospital and doctors fees of which keep calling me and mailing me invoices stating that they were not fully paid. I thought my situation was isolated incident. Not so! Because a friend of mine had a similar experience and now he’s going through hell just to get his settlement. My advice to Morgan and Morgan is just do like the other law groups and say you will go after the opponent and win the case. Because all that were for the people is a load of crap to be honest. These lawyers at this firm are no better than lawyers they claim don’t care about the people they represent.
