While the consultant was wonderfully attentive doing her job well, the firm itself is very doubtful. With the spiel about his brother becoming disabled, I thought that just maybe this firm would be the right fit. Having a child born with osteogenesis imperfecta myself, as well as becoming disabled from an injury unsuspectingly, I know about life changing disabilities. However, once all my information was described to the consultant, (let me remind you that I do have NUMEROUS disabilities but was to prideful to apply to any type of help financially until I had absolutely no choice & my daughter had to even help me with the consultation as well), she placed me on a brief hold only to come back to tell me Morgan & Morgan unfortunately was unable to help me at this time! If you couldn't help me, of all people, then I don't know who you can help and represent. Thank you for your time!

Without hearing all the details the Case Consultant was quick to say that your office could not assist me and did not provide a reason why. As a consumer who has made every reasonable effort to resolve issue with company, I reached out to your team for legal assistance and not giving the opportunity to fully explain what has occurred to get me to that point is very discouraging!
