Did not like that I wasn't given up front the information about the percentage they charge

Very disappointing! Wish I would have went with another Law Firm. I tried to remove myself from the attorney several times, was told even if I done that they would still get their money. Out of 250,000 I received a little over 90 after all my medical was paid and their percentage. I done all of their work as far as contacting health insurance, contacting my doctors. Also getting all info they needed. I asked to sue the lady personally but they refused to do so. All the pain and suffering me and my family went through believing this Firm was a slap in the face. I highly recommend not using them for anything.

The worst people ever they personify the devil In every aspect.expect to have to be in court against them as well.....

My case manager Shelly Eads quit before the case was resolved and completely missed adding a $8,000 medical bill to our settlement leaving me to pay for it out of pocket. Morgan and Morgan would not offer me even a partial sum of the bill despite taking a 40% cut of everything we gained. Extremely unhappy and upset with the situation would not recommend using Morgan and Morgan at all.

Terrible customer service … extremely high rates and took all my money after putting me through procedures .. they got paid while I was stuck hurting

Annoyed when I send an email out and do not hear back from anyone. Had 1 lawyer on my case and then they were swapped out, the new lawyer has not made an effort to introduce themselves or give any kind of update on the case. Even when asked.

No communication...

I was in a 5 car head on collision coming home from a 12 hour shift as a nurse(I was the fourth car wasn’t my fault and the collision was caused by a drunk driver 3 cars ahead of me)almost pushed off the bridge into the alcovy river. I lost my car, my job, and my life was turned upside down not only that is a year later I still deal with a lot of pain and suffering, I had lost wages as I wasn’t able to do my job any more due to the injuries and I had to go buy another vehicle!!! And all I got was after the 40% lawyer fee was taken out and my medical bills paid I only ended up with $4,000!!! Are you serious that didn’t pay for nothing!! And the pain suffering continues! I would not recommend these people for nothing I needed a civil lawsuit not no car accident lawsuit! My fault for not knowing the difference between the two until after the fact!

I didn't like your service at all because my lawyer Tiffany Hall cheated me my check went from $32000to $4000 and I'm looking for help to sue you all

I feel that 40% is too much of a expense especially when you receive more than the client
