I have been trying to get in touch with someone for two weeks I've called and left messages and no return call I've had surgery and trying to give them an update

My auto accident happened 6/2/23, I contacted M&M 6/19/23 ,because I felt my insurance and the guilty parties insurance we're not looking out for my interests. They immediately took my case. So far its been poor communication M&M's part. I was told just over a week ago they were in communications.. I will update this as my case progresses, wish I had read the M&M reviews and done more research on their fees. UPDATE 8/7/23 : Since my last post, my caseworker Shenell has been in contact with me several times via text, phone and email. I now understand the legal system does not move as quickly as I thought it would, and a lot of unseen work goes into the making or building of each case. My case is still active and open..

The only person I have talked to since my accident on June 8 is intake. He gave m a appointment for my case manager to call me haven t heard from them yet

Has not communicated with me any time but once the lady said that she was going to call me back, but never did I almost feel like there’s just no interest from you guys in this case, but other personal injury lawyers that I’ve explained it too they’re more than willing to jump on it so if it’s just not a big enough case for you guys and Sylvia but please just let me know so I can move on I’d love to have you guys take care of the settlement, but my faith is in the highest right now with Morgan and Morgan
