THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE HAD WITH REPRESENTATION FOR A CAR ACCIDENT. THEY HAVE APPOINTED ME THREE DIFFERENT LAWYERS THAT HAVE ALL QUIT SO I'VE BEEN LEFT WITH NOBODY TO SPEAK WITH SINCE LAST YEAR. IT'S IMPOSSIBLE TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ANYBODY BY PHONE OR EMAIL. ONE OF THE INSURANCE COMPANIES WE'RE SUING CONTACTED ME TO LET ME KNOW THEY WERE CLOSING THE SUIT BECAUSE THEY COULDN'T GET A RESPONSE BACK FROM MORGAN AND MORGAN. THIS IS MY DAUGHTER'S FIRST CAR ACCIDENT AND SHE KEEPS ASKING HAVE I TALKED TO HER LAWYERS AND I HAVE TO KEEP TELLING HER NO. THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED BACK IN 2020 AND NOW COME OCT IT WILL BE THREE YEARS. I CAN'T GIVE ANY STARS CONSIDERING WHAT I'VE BEEN GOING THROUGH.

I was attacked by my neighbor’s dogs in late 2021. I received multiple puncture wounds and injured my neck during the attack. Morgan & Morgan was the only firm I talked to that was willing to take my case. Although my case eventually settled, I did not have a good experience. I never talked to an attorney and my case manager was unresponsive. I would have to call, text, and email just to get a vague response regarding my case. My settlement check was supposedly sent via U.S. mail but I never received it. I contacted the case manager and she finally responded after several attempts. She advised me to go to the Post Office, which I did. They didn’t have the check. I advised the case manager and she said she would have just accounting department put a stop payment on the check and reissue another check. That process took three months. Even when calling their toll free number, I was always routed to a voicemail and would never receive a return phone call. Also their 40 percent fee is ridiculous. There was even a line item on my invoice for a long distance call. I wish I would’ve kept looking for other firms to handle my case.--

They did a good job. On my case and. was there all the way for me And make it through the rough time.

Very efficient and professional. I was detailed of every step in the case. They were very easy to work with l. I would recommend them to everyone, especially if they don't have a personal attorney that can handle their case. I have recommended them to a friend in Boston and she is very pleased.

Please do not use these people me and my wife contacted them 5 times for 5 different cases and they couldn't help me with any case even though I have proof they just discourage you and exhaust you while you explain your story to different consultants that actually aren't attorney DO NOT TRUST THEM!

Morgan & Morgan staff is very professional, friendly, caring, understanding and they really make you feel comfortable and at ease. The process is explained clearly and they always let you know that they are there for you and will answer any questions you may have.

After having Morgan and Morgan successfully represent us a few years ago, we opted to retain them again. However, this time has been anything but great. In May of 2020, Robert DeMetz was assigned to our 4 respective cases. When we spoke, he ultimately did NOT hear what we were saying. We are unsure as to why he left, but prior to his departure from the firm, he bamboozled us into accepting the defendant's offer, even though we insisted on going to trial. Within the next week, he left and it appears to have been done to secure money for his impending departure. After he left the firm, we literally went several weeks (approximately 2 months) without an attorney. Eventually, they assigned Archie Grubbs to our remaining two cases. During the time with DeMetz and Grubbs, it seems that very little communication and interaction take place between the attorney and his paralegals and/or assistants. This became crystal clear while dealing with DeMetz and his staff. No one in his office knew what he was doing. This is completely opposite of what occurred with our first, positive interaction with Morgan and Morgan. There are many more problems, but most recently, we called Grubbs on April 11th and 13th and have sent many emails to his office staff, with him on copy for most.. We have solicited the help of his staff to secure a call with him. This has proven to be anything BUT successful. Now, three years later, we do not feel respected or valued. Ironically, their percentage has increased but their quality of service has declined greatly. PS...The numerous ads that are being broadcasted in high rotation are not representative of the way our cases have been lackadaisically mishandled. PSS...Please do your research.
