I am satisfied with the process.

The Durham Law firm was fair component.They fought hard for me. I was pleased with the outcomes. I recommend this firm if you don't know who to trust you can trust 💯 this Law firm.Not only did they listen to me they understood situation and ensured I was taken care of.

After sharing my situation with a employee of Farmers Insurance He suggested strongly that I contact Morgan&Morgan He practically assured me they'd help me even provided me with a telephone number and this website..I called Morgan and Morgan after explaining my full situation and answering a series of questions I was told that I had a file and an attorney had been assigned to assist me.I spoke to the attorney only to be told that they couldn't assist me and gave me a telephone number to the Atlanta Bar Association.Also when you Google Morgan and Morgan it shows a Duluth Georgia Office with an 800 telephone number however when you speak to them directly by phone you're told there is no such location.

As someone who’s settled a case and won with Morgan and Morgan before i do not appreciate the woman named Stephanie refusing to hear what i have to even say about and existing consultation!! She was extremely rude and disrespectful cutting me off because she simply didn’t wanna hear it. Definitely don’t recommend using these people ever again i can get alot further with someone who actually cares about their job!

Great service

Its been 2 1/2 years and my case manager and Attorney, Kyle Fischer, did an amazing job at communicating/informing me (especially during litigation). We had interrogatory, went to deposition, came to a settlement and negotiations that are close to double my expectations (I prayed on it and truly trusted my Attorney tbh). I now pray I receive my settlement in timely fashion. I've signed my exit paperwork on the evening of 12/13/2024 and happy to have had great healing and back to my normalized life. Thank you for believing in my case and I will refer anyone in a major accident, SSI disability or slip and fall. Blessings and Happy Holidays!

My consultation with the lawyer today was distasteful. The lawyer Peter snapped at me! He was very rude in how he was speaking to me when I didn't answer a few questions as he wanted me to......very disrespectful. He canceled the initial appointment, and he did not review the documents I sent via email the day before, but I wasn't annoyed or disrespectful because he wasn't prepared for a consultation his people arranged! I do not like lawyers in any capacity. People need to learn professionalism, compassion, patience, and respect!

Durham law group was a very positive experience. My case was settled in 5 months. Other people that I know of took 2 years!! I completely recommend The Durham Group.

By far the worst case of representation my family has ever experienced. This organization boasts about being the largest personal injury law firm but they definitely are not the best. I chose this law firm because I believed it was the best choice after my mother was struck by a hit and run driver but boy was I wrong. Since signing the contract we have had zero communication with the law firm. Today is March 27th and no one has attempted to contact us since March 9th. When you call they always say they are going to escalate matters but there must be a 24 to 48 hrs response window. There has been multiple response windows to where they just waste your time by continuing to escalate to no avail. Please trust me and do yourself a huge favor and hire someone else…. Anyone else because they do not care at all about the people they represent.

No answer, no responsibility, not clear, not professional and you have to be careful and call them over and over again to case manager, till they do your case, otherwise they won’t do anything for you and also, maybe they do too many mistakes too. Don’t waste your time .Horrible experience!

I did just get a new case Mgr but I've only spoken to her once. Prior to her I felt like my case had been dropped. The lack of communication has pushed me away from using Morgan & Morgan in the future, if needed. I will not be recommending Morgan & Morgan to others.
