Waste of time. Don’t even bother calling. They tell you to respond to there emails back because of there negative reviews but then still continue to you ignore you.

Since I have started with your firm all communications has been through email.... no one-on-one call for status or updates. I have no idea what's going on or what else may be needed.

This firm do not care about their clients.. it’s been a year and 8 months and the insurance company haven’t cut the check and still no call case manager won’t never answer or call back‼️ Have left several messages no call I have been bounced around to 3 different case manager !! Now no one wants to answer my call or let me talk to a complaint manager or whoever is over this firm ‼️‼️‼️‼️ What is the hold up just cut my check n go by y’all business!! They don’t deserve the percentage their getting because I did all the work they ‼️I don’t recommend this firm .. they act as your not their client, don’t care and it takes too long ‼️‼️‼️

Leaving this review about Morgan& Morgan. My dad reached out to them 6 years ago when he was stationed at camp lejune. They told him there was nothing he could do. He died 4 years ago and now you see the commercials everywhere and I reached out to him and made an appointment and they never called me to follow up on it. I would not use them for the Campbell or those June settlement

I called to seek legal advice from an assault that happened with my elementary schooler and a faculty member . I was told to Call them back after I heard from the dr to give them a diagnosis . Before I could even give them that information they called me on the next business day to tell me that they couldn’t take on the case. Which is fine but I was little lost because I never called to tell them the diagnosis. When I called them back to verify that they didn’t need that information to make a decision the woman I was transferred to attitude was very nasty, she was so caught up on the notes saying that they are not pursuing the case that she wasn’t even hearing what I was trying to explain to her. After I finally got through to her she asked me to hold on so she could ask the attorneys if they would like the rest of the information we have to finalize a decision . I waited for like 3 min before she got on the phone nonchalantly and said “ they said what was the diagnosis “ no hello thank you for waiting or anything. I just ended up hanging up because if this is how you guys are handling my 10 year old baby there’s no way I trust that you even care enough to handle her case with care.

After spending 32 minutes on the phone answering a million question the lady on the other end hung up. Smh You have obviously missed the point. I dont care if you didnt take the case (another firm has) POINT IS I was on the phone for all that time and was hung up on. No good bye or anything. So maybe proper training should be in order. I didnt know the results of my intake until you posted it.
