If i knew what i know now i wouldve never went to this law firm. My check went missing from my settlement its like the don't even care... I feel like i got shafted and not once did i ever talk to my lawyer not once... They dont give u the whole settlement they hold 200 and in 90 days u have to hound them for the rest of it. But the funny part is u wont get the 200 back... And my mistake was that i had two accidents while they are handling my first big Mistake😔😔😪😪😭😭😭😭 Stay away

These people are the WORST I ever experienced!! They should really change their slogan because they are not for the people!! My case manager never reached out 1 time until I made a complaint my attorney was a complete joke he only asked me about medical treatment the whole month I was represented by them he never even sent the letter of representation to the other divers insurance but lied to me saying he was doing etc.. etc.. I wouldn’t let these people represent my dog!!

Called for my free consultation and they were more concerned about my birthday the police report number and things like that the details that were not important toward getting a free consultation. Even after I told him I was busy at the time and could not get to the police report I was told they could not go any further without the police report number it just felt like I was being interrogated instead of somebody wanting to listen to what happened. So we ended the conversation and they turned around and called me back focusing again on stupid things hung up again told him I did not want to talk to him they called again and again and again. For a company whose logo is for the people you feel like it's more like an interrogation then for you

Yeah, they may be free until they win. However they never take a case unless they are 100% sure they can win. Otherwise they don't care one bit about you. I'd give them zero Stars if I could

Let's just say I should have listened to the other reviews, my case got dropped like a hot potato 2, and I was informed about my case being dropped through a text message. I regretted taking them on after I saw the reviews, I was hoping that they would prove to be different...Morgan and Morgan for their own people and not the people....they didn't even tell me why...smh ...let's just say I've learned to do my research first. And if you notice the message assigned to our review with less than a 5 star, response the same way to everyone like a robot message. Really PEOPLE...don't waste your time with them.

What a complete joke these guys are. I submitted their online form requesting assistance and received a call back within 2 minutes of submitting the form. Wow, fast service! But that’s where the positive experience ended. I was passed around from one call center person to the next who asked me questions over and over again I had already answered with the prior call center “consultant.” I shared info about the casework help needed (breach of warranty contract, wherein I have actual proof that this breach of contract has happened - should be an easy case!) only to be told that I “do not qualify” to speak with an actual attorney. I told the call center woman I am happy to pay for the services, happy to pay for a consultation. But she would not move me forward in the process, instead giving me attitude. Extremely unprofessional. These guys advertise all over the place that they are “for the people,” yet reject a paying customer. I have worked with attorneys before and have no issue financially providing a retainer for consultative work. Yet I am not allowed to speak to an actual educated barred attorney and instead am passed off by some call center woman with zero empathy?! Stay far away from these guys. I have worked with lawyers who have actual CLASS, and it’s not these people. Pathetic.
