Started out great. Good initial response. Got dropped like a hot potato when lawyer realized there was no money to be had. I wasn’t surprised. They take the big money makers

I made my first call on 08/28/2021 about a labor discrimination suit, I went over everything and was told I would be called my an attorney. Got a message to call again and it referenced a case number, called on 09/01/2021 and was asked the same questions again and gave the same answers, an attorney will contact you. Received another message to call and referenced my case number, called 09/07/2021 and again he starts with the same questions, I said hold up this is the third time I’ve been asked these same questions how many time will I be asked to go over this? I stated I’ve been told twice that I would be contacted by an attorney? His response “ I don’t know I’m just reading a computer screen” my response well just forget it I will contact someone else?

I usually don’t do reviews but this has not been a great experience for me at all. My paralegal team has changed, but when Tracy Henson was my paralegal she was good, But now whoever is my law team, the communication is horrible. The return calls are nonexistent, the lack of response is ridiculous, I can’t reach anyone on the phone or email, it takes days to get a response. I have been dealing with this case since 2019. My case has finally settled last month and I am still waiting on an update from my law team about what’s next. I was informed my case had settled by the insurance company we were suing with a letter in the mail that said we mailed your check to your law office, that was in August.I have talked to my lawyer maybe 2x the whole time, I’m just trying to get my check at this point and be done with the headache.

I don't recommend this company unless you want to be treated like a number and not a person. Maybe they're good for minor accidents where a case can be settled quickly but my car accident was major. I currently have a case open I have been trying to reach someone who will be willing to actually communicate with me and give me some real answers regarding my case!! My experience with this company has been terrible and so frustrating!! This whole process has been confusing with no consistency. I reached out to this company because they were such a large law firm and always spoke about how they are for the people not the powerful. That has not been my experience, however. What the heck is taking so long with my case?? It's been 2 years!! Why can't anyone help me or explain anything to me that makes sense??

I Heard this was the best lawyer for accident, me and my family have a accident like almost 2 years and never call me don’t know how my case is going, my insurance pay for my damage on my car

Miss Nikki handled my case, and she was extremely professional, responsible, friendly, and patient. She would answer my calls even on her days off, and would answer every question I had, even if they had already been asked over and over again. Although my case is now being transferred to another person, everyone in the Durham Law Group so far has treated me with respect and courtesy. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family in the future!

Have new case mangers never Receive the courtesy call still waiting on call about my cases !! Once again i have a new case manger and no one told me . i have called and left vms to get updates about my case and yet to have any answers . By far my Worst experience. Then its like im the one who was in the Accident and the one in pain and yet i have to still do leg work smh what is this world coming to #!!!

If there isn’t anything in it for them don’t even bother calling. Little effort to even do their part to find out their legal stance although they wanted the case want you to do all the legwork for them. They care all right,, but its only about the money they are billing for.

I reached out to Morgan and Morgan about 2 weeks ago now regarding my accident which was a not at fault Tbone accident , me as the victim. I was trying to handle the case on my own and figured out throughout the process it was a little more than I can handle. So I called them. Since I’ve called them I had to be the one to initiate the conversation regarding my case. Never spoke directly to my Attorney Hector Rojas Jr (which is disappointing) , but to his case manager” I told him I was facing eviction, along with many other things , one having a hard time getting to my appointments due to financial hardship because of this accident. And now the bills are piling up. It is now a week later and I still haven’t heard any progress being made, not from the “case manager” nor my alleged lawyer, I strongly suggest a clean up in your Atlanta office. My case name is under my legal name, which is, Letisha Driver , however I decline to have Morgan and Morgan represent me moving forward. It’s not a good feeling , feeling like your case or your present life doesn’t matter.
