Very informative and let me know case updates quickly very honest they may not be able to finish the case and direct I do not know if they can help me just yet which is why I gave a 4 but still very tentative and honest. The fees are pretty high. Going with a local agent is better 33% they charge 40% plus whatever they spend which makes it kind of not worthy of pursuit

Bad experience, they did take my case but I had to fired them because they wanted me to do all the work and didn't pick up when I called. When I did talk to the lady that was handled my case she was not nice at all. It was a open and shut case and they would have got 45% for me doing the work. SMH My experience with them made me felt like they didn't care about their clients and you was just a number.

Live in Covington and work for Stonecrest. Have to drive through the smoke,at least, twice a day. Even though windows are up and air conditioner is off, still come in contact with the chlorine smell which chokes and blinds you.

I live about 5 mins. Away from the Biolab plant. I was in the evacuation area so me and my son and my dog evacuated and went south to get an Airbnb for 4 days. I was so upset that I had to come back and still the air quality was not good. I experienced wheezing in my chest, burning eyes, runny nose, and nausea. I filled out the paperwork online for Morgan & Morgan but haven't heard from anyone. I'm praying this all gets resolved soon.

I’m going to give this place a 1 because of phone carousel and bad communication. I was assigned a case mgr and told to provide materials and evidence. Once I did that, I did not hear from anyone for 2 weeks until I took the initiative to follow up. Only once I did that, they came back with “we are going to withdraw”. So it took 2 weeks in order to get no where when there could have been a better flow to how things went. I went through the exact things I read about online. Getting lost in the shuffle and once you’re locked in, they will slow roll everything. I’m glad they withdrew sooner than later because I couldn’t imagine being deep in the case with how they communicate. I hope whoever reads this, your case goes better. But just be aware of how they operate. What you read online, was true for me.
