Me,my bf and our son was in a car accident and the consultation department said that the attorneys didn’t want to take my case.I ask for an explanation they said they couldn’t give me an explanation .

February 2024 my son was hit on his motorcycle by someone who was too impatient to wait. It is important that I say to you she was ticketedat the scene. It is my understanding if you are given a ticket in an accident that means that you were at fault and reckless. I say that because I was told directly from one of the attorneys with Morgan & Morgan who is supposed to be“fighting” for my son who was traumatically injured that they can’t fight for over the policy amount unless the other party was being reckless. It has been 10 months now my son has half $1 million in medical bills and some of which are already hitting his credit. Medical facilities are starting to try and turn him away and try to refuse him medical testing that he needs! He still cannot walk. His leg is atrophied so much that he may be unfortunately looking at another Surgery or the possibility of living his life in a wheelchair. The attorney that was supposed to represent My Son has in no way done so. He had no intentions of fighting for My Son. They have proven that over the last 10 months of no communication short smart answers and excuses like we must not have gotten your message. They never contacted him or My Daughter-N-Law or self unless we were on the verge of harassing them to get any response. Like I said, I was told by one of the attorneys that someone has to be reckless for them to be able to go above what the insurance policy amount is ….if you are cited at the scene of the accident, I’m fairly sure that means you were reckless and you were at fault again 10 months into this my son cannot walk my son can’t run and play with his children my son has not been able to return to work Is looking at the possibility of ending up in a wheelchair after another surgery. But y’all continue to pay for thousands of dollars for commercials saying that you are the best. Morgan & Morgan you have failed us. You have failed us terribly. I hope everyone reads this review and realizes what happens to real people when they put their confidence in someone with no compassion or care for their career field and that is exactly what we were shown and continue to be shownby your representing attorneys. It would be my greatest joy to be contacted from someone at Morgan & Morgan who would actually have care to try to straighten this case out and actually help their client.
