Narissa was the best! As a single parent with two toddlers receiving very little support from the dad isn't easy. However, Narissa stayed committed to my case the entire way. This was my first time ever going through a court system and it can be a lot. However, the BIG plus was the firm made it not financially draining. The flat rate charged by the firm covered everything without nickel and diming me. Unlike other firms. When I called I got this guy yelling and being rude. I wasn’t able to really saying anything about my case and other reasons why I was calling. He abruptly hung up in my face. I’m glad I do social experiments to post to social media. There are people out here who really need help with their cases but the statue of limitation stands in the way because of rude people like this. I have had the run around with so many lawyers about this one case until the statue of limitation expired. This is why!!!! 2019-2020 was a pandemic. There was nothing open,not even courthouses. The lawyers I did call kept giving me the run around. If I can give this firm the lowest stars I would. I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to this place. Social media is aware of what took place when I called today. Next time be more professional and empathetic for another human being
