By far the worst I have experienced. Whom everyone answers the phone is by far rude af . Ghetto I can say . No customer service skills at all … Now Brittany was very helpful after I demanded to speak with someone else …. Who would expect an Attorney law firm to treat ppl differently when calling for assist and help . I wish everyone the best of luck here . Just wasn’t my best experience …

This is the first car accident I’ve ever been in, so imagine my stress and confusion going through everything! Mrs. Shannon Carrillo and Ms. Allie were god sent!!! They helped me out so much and got me the best settlement I could ask for. After being so frustrated with the whole situation, the fact that these lovely ladies really took the time to make sure I was taken care of, answered all my questions, and understood my concerns was just better than I could ask for.
