I am giving them a bad review for what they're doing to Golden Glide. Their attorney Shean Williams is representing the family of an 11 year old who was shot by a 13 year old(allegedly), and this lawyer has been omitting details about the case to steer people's opinions to blame the skating rink. He said in a news conference he doesn't know why the boy was shot which is A LIE. Those details were already known to the family.

Great Firm ! I had the opportunity to work with Sam Weaver and he was very upfront about everything there was for me to know. He is VERY dedicated and was very dedicated to my needs. He makes sure to call and contact you about everything so there never was any confusion or doubts nor worries. I also had the pleasure to meet Gabe Banks as well and he is also a VERY great and upfront person. I HIGHLY recommend them. I was hit in a car accident in 2021 and needed to go to an orthopedic doctor for whiplash from the accident. The process that you need to go through as the result of getting into an accident and seeking medical attention can be extremely cumbersome with a lot of moving parts, but Sam and Gabe made it easier than I could have imagined. They managed everything from the moment I gave their name to my clinic – it all ran behind the scenes and they were extremely knowledgeable in working with all parties to get a resolution. I was rarely involved in the process (except for receiving regular status updates from Sam) and was able to focus on getting healthy and my own job and work during the week – which was a huge weight off my shoulders! When the at fault driver’s insurance company gave a settlement offer after I concluded my therapy, Sam immediately told me that it was an unacceptable offer and took further action, filing a lawsuit. He knew what was appropriate based on my situation and medical bills and negotiated with State Farm until an amount was agreed upon that was WAY more than they initially offered me and that I could have expected. Not only were Sam and Gabe extremely professional, but they also really cared about my personal situation. THANK YOU Banks Weaver!

I really wish I could put 0 stars this law firm has to see these reviews. They know their receptionist is rude and she’s still there. I called about a slip and fall I had at a school that I am currently on worker’s comp for. I was told by another lawyer that I could also file a personal injury lawsuit against the school so I called the Cochran firm (big mistake) as I was explaining what happened to me the receptionist started laughing she stated “your filing a lawsuit because you fell, well I’ll tell them” as if she knew the weren’t going to except my case…which they didn’t, and when I call to see why and made a mistake pronouncing Mrs graves name the receptionist says “that is a lady” not you mean miss such and such like I ment to Mispronounce her name smh.. also when I spoke to her she even acted like it was a inside joke on me as she was laughing while she telling me she passed my case off to someone else don’t hire these people thinking they’re black they may have my best interest not true just look at the other bad reviews they all say the same thing can’t make this up.

Just wow. I called in today to attempt to get my case, at least, heard. Several times this week, I had been hung up on and told no, from other Law Firms. By the grace of God, I was able to speak with Sam Weaver today. Not only did he hear me out completely, but he asked questions about my case and gave great advice.
