On the night that I was I arrested, I thought my life was over. But as soon as I set up an appointment with Scott Smith's office it became absolutely clear that everything would be okay. Their professional attitude, and warm understanding are a breath of fresh air. They were with me every step of the way, in all honesty, it was more like asking a good friend for help then anything. I would wholeheartedly recommend Scott Smith's office over anyone else in Georgia.

Very disappointed When I called the firm and provided information regarding my medical malpractice case. I was informed that the statute of limitations had already run. I called back after researching Georgia laws on medical malpractice, and told them that according to Georgia law, the statute begins running at the time the malpractice is discovered. Never just two years after the incident. I asked them to do the research, but never heard back from them. The Johnny Cochran I knew when I lived in California would have at least done the research and had the courtesy of returning my phone call. This firm does not have the level of professional attorneys to adequately resolve your case. Sad!

Scott and his team did a wonderful job and I would recommend them without any reservations!

If you knew me you would know I am always letting my mind tell me the worst will always happen, and if you talked with Scott Smith and Sarah Armstrong they would probable say I was a pain in the butt for being over worried about my case. If I only knew then what was going to happen because the team at W. Scott Smith provided me with the best team I could ever ask for, My case seemed near impossible in my mind, but this fantastic group of people (Sarah and Scott) took my case with out hesitation and gave me the results I so wanted. Just when I though my year could not get any worse from my fathers passing and my grandfather passing. I had never been in trouble with the Law before , until this past Thanksgiving Eve on my way home from work. After months of waiting I was given a reduction in my case to wreck less driving. I am extremely happy with the outcome Sarah Armstrong was able to negotiate, Give them a call and let them take care of your problem, they will treat you like family always letting you know what is going on and what you can do to help yourself when your dooms day arrives. Great Law Firm across the board. Right off the bat with my initial discussion about my case I knew I was in good hands. All of the attorneys that helped me weed through all of my issues not only took care of everything for me, but they helped me understand all of the legal processes and jargon along the way. This has been a complicated legal journey for me and the attorneys and the staff have been there the entire time to make sure I walked out of the courtroom with the best possible outcome. They feel like my family now and I know my life is literally better now thanks to the whole team.

After having my incident at my previous job, I wasn't sure what was going to take place. The consultation was extremely professional and after the decision was made to hire Mr. Ramsay and his team- they went to work immediately. The calls and emails kept me with information on the progress of my case. I'm pleased with the case completion and the absolute hard work Mr. Ramsay and his team did.

They are awful. Do not use this firm. They drag your case out and then drop you for no reasons.
