Yada/the receptionist is absolutely the worst. After clearly reading the practice areas on their website, I called and explained my case and after laughing her response was "We don't handle any of that here!". I confirmed what the website said and she laughed again and said "No, sorry." I said ok and hung up. I called back to get her name for this review and she tried to disguise her voice. It wasn't until after I said nevermind to the "new" receptionist did she again laugh and say in her regular voice, "No it's me, I just spoke with you." I just asked for her name and hung up. This was not even 5 minutes ago. She doesn't like her job and is a liability for the company, especially seeing as how she intentionally caused confusion and distress, lied about the companies practice areas and then tried to mislead me by changing her voice. This was very frustrating for someone with my disabilities. Shame on her and the company for allowing her to remain with the company and especially in that position. She should be no one's point of contact. Only got the 1 star bc you have to give em something 😒

Writing this review, it is hard to even find the words to describe what an incredible lawyer Mike Jacobs is. We hired Mike Jacobs to assist with a severe Criminal charge for a member of our close family after a self-defense case. Mike was able to not only prove their innocence, but do so in a timely, efficient manner. If you have a family member in a situation similar, there is not a lawyer on this planet I can recommend more. For your life to be on the line THIS IS WHO YOU CALL!!! Mike has become family and we are honored to have had him on our side in such a difficult season of our lives. We are forever grateful.

The best lawyer firm in Atlanta!!!

If you are looking for a lawyer, I would highly recommend this firm.

I paid my retainers fee and after that I never got a call or a response from this law office. Not from the clerk, not from the lawyer, I never even knew who my official lawyer was until I called after I got my letter of non representation from this firm. They took the fee from me and I never went to court with them or not even got reached out to by anyone at this office other than for a payment. They told me that they were working behind the scenes on my case but they don’t even have my correct name on the letter they sent. It has my brothers name and they blamed it on the court house, but they’ve been working behind the scene on my case right ? The young lady working in finance is very well trained to con you for money because she was trying to explain my contract agreement to me but it also says in the contract that the down payment is a retainers fee. I retained my lawyer but no representation has been shown ! Not a phone call, a text message, a email, it wasn’t even a stagecoach to park outside my house to bring me a telegram. She also hung up in my face because I asked her to spell my so called “lawyers” name. No one has represented me in any type of court from this firm. No one has spoken to me about my case from this firm. Only thing I’ve been contacted for is MONEY with no representation or no sense of urgency or concern on my case. I expected so much more from this firm and they took my money and let me down. Thanks for nothing !

Recomiendo altamente a Sam Weaver , a veces es difícil elegir un abogado en quien puedas confiar para que te represente cuando haz tenido un accidente con lesiones y no sabes cómo manejar un reclamo . Estoy feliz de haberlo elegido porqué su trabajo es Excelente , nunca tuve que esperar más de 24 horas para que atendiera mis llamadas y cualquier duda que tuve siempre estaba dispuesto a explicarme , es increíble que con tanta rapidez lograra la compensación . Me sentí muy cómoda porqué pude comunicarme con el en Español perfectamente . Si Usted tiene un Accidente ? Definitivamente Tiene que tenerlo como Su Abogado .
