Whoever I spoke with that does the initial intake process is horrible. She talks over you, doesn’t want to listen and not very informative. The lawyers might be good, but whoever they have taking your initial phone call, she could use some compassion training and listening skill improvements.

I hired Edmond Law Office to deal with a lack of better terms a "slum landlord" which she took over from another law firm that I hired to help us deal with this slum lord who was trying to keep my security deposit and had been very off putting since we moved in which included they didn't even bother to clean and turn the house from the previous tenants and a bunch of other things. Initially I hired the Norside Law Center, the biggest mistake as I believe the main attorney made things worse for us which was the reason I hired Angelik to help us navigate and it was the best decision on this case. My experience with her team was stellar. From intake all the way until close. Very professional, level set expectations, thorough, and ultimately she provided the results in a fast manner. I have no hesitation to hire Edmonds Law Firm again for anything that is in their speciality. I was extremely pleased with the entire experience.

I wanted to write this review to call out the team at Edmonds Law Firm. Angelik and Paula are absolutely awesome. When you have been wronged by someone, sometimes you have mixed feelings about suing. The Edmonds Law team stood by my decision and went to bat for me. They are professional, thorough, and customer-oriented. Attorney Edmonds is patient and knowledgeable and the team helped me through a tough time. I made the right choice in choosing Edmonds Law and I would and have highly recommended their services to others that have faced injustices.

If you are seeking a good and reasonably priced civil rights attorney, weigh your options VERY carefully before hiring this lawfirm. They are definitely money hungry!! A total waste of $1,097 for a (1) hour consultation that was absolutely pointless. The office manager (Paula Rainford) is also a bit rude and dishonest and also very money hungry as another client stated. I’ve used Ms. Edmonds before in a previous civil rights case and settled for pennies on the dollar, for a case that she had initially said was worth (6 figures) but that was not at all what she delivered. My other option was to pay her thousands more in attorneys fees to have the case taken to court to get more money. GREEDY!!! The other previous clients /reviews that stated the firm is money hungry, are very true!! These clients can’t all be lying about the same thing. I will not be retaining your services again and I will not be referring family & friends to your firm. Have a wonderful day.

Mrs. Edmonds was patient, polite, knowledgeable and up front. If ever I need legal assistance she’s the first person I’ll call.

Edmonds Law office help my girlfriend and I tremendously on our first lawsuit. We were up against a major company with a large amount of resources and real estate, and didn't believe we would win, but Paula and Angelika kept us encouraged.
