Cory Yager is hands down the best DUI attorney in Georgia- my case was a mess to say the least. I blew a .318 upon getting arrested for my first DUI offense and Mr. Yager was able to obtain a non-DUI disposition in my matter. Not only does Mr. Yager know the law like the back of his hand, he also pays close attention to the details of each client’s case and perfectly tailors the case for the benefit of the client. I can’t say enough great things about Mr. Yager’s legal services- highly recommend!!!

I had success working with Larry Kohn and Bubba Head in the past, and after managing to get arrested for 3 duis in a matter of months, I thought my life was over. I was introduced to Cory, and he was willing to take on all 3 of my cases. He gave me sound advice on everything to complete to lesson the blow of the punishment when we went to court. Having been a police officer, and now a very knowledgeable and respected lawyer, I was very relieved to have him on my side every time that we went to court. He is extremely well connected and liked. I was charged with my 3rd DUI within 10 years. Mr Corey Yager fought relentlessly for many months and got my Dui charge reduced to reckless! and following too close ticket was tossed out too.

Magnificent!!!! My life and everything I have worked very hard for were on the line and there was no room for anything but the best . There may be a lot of reviews here but I'm speaking from a position where I was Two in Five DUI in "CHEROKEE COUNTY" a little over a month and a half from graduating my EMT /Paramedic course and next in line for a career in the fire service. Mr Yager and the staff at HTWW are "THE BAR" you don't get any higher than that .The state prosecutors were unwilling to negotiate with us at all in the beginning but Mr Yager's Knowledge, experience, and unwillingness to give up pushed us forward and won my case in motions trial. We didn't even use the expert witness we had on hand because he was so thorough he didn't need them! Lizz Holtz Mr Yager's paralegal was there for me at anytime to answer any and all questions I may Have had If Cory was Busy. I know my space is limited but someone out there may be in a position similar to mine . "You know what you stand to loose"! If your Life , Families well being , career, etc mean anything to you like it does for me ... The minute you hit this next period you should be calling the best in the game Cory Yager and and Bubba head.

CORY IS SIMPLY THE BEST AT WHAT HE DOES! I WAS FACING SEVERAL CHARGES, WITH ONE OF THE MOST STRINGENT POLICE OFFICERS IN FULTON COUNTY. I WENT TO THE FIRM AND SAT DOWN WITH BUBBA INITIALLY. BUBBA ADVISED ME OF HIS RETAINER AND HE WAS VERY COGNIZANT OF MY BUDGET AT THE TIME SO, HE REFERRED ME TO HIS COLLEAGUE, CORY YAGER. Great presence in court. You do feel confident he has control of the situation. I can definitely recommend him. Good knowledge of the process and a good feel for the outcome ( though nothing is guaranteed ). Hard to contact before court but did eventually get to talk to assistant.
