I would not have my Cigna benefits today if it weren’t for Doug Robinson and his paralegal, Ginger Lanier. If your benefit is higher than average, you simply must retain an attorney that knows the law, knows the regulations, and knows all the ways those things can be interpreted and executed so that your insurer pays out as little as possible. You need someone that is steeped in this legal sector and is aware of changes in tactics and case law. Doug knows the systems, knows the twists and turns, and he cares. Don’t get me wrong. He doesn’t work for free. No one can do that. Especially with someone who’s situation is as complex as mine. A cookie cutter approach would have landed me broke and on the streets by now. Doug’s guidance, and predictions, have been spot on, he told me what things had to be done and told me the costs up front, and he took steps to minimize my costs. The people he has referred me to for evaluation and for other legal services have been excellent. Douglas filed against them and got my benefits, and even after I began to get my social security disability benefits, Douglas got me a final settlement. His office and staff were wonderful, and were always available to answer any questions. They had my benefits directly to my account, with a summary each month, as well as a year end summary.
