In early February I was T-boned by an intoxicated driver and my car was written off by my insurance company. I had no idea what to do. While working with a chiropractor for my injuries, a friend put me in contact with Council and Associates. From then on, my stress subsided. I worked with Jamie Agnew and Desiree McBride who kept me informed of next steps and the likely outcome of my case, while giving me the option to make my own decisions. I never had to call for information, because their updates were timely and detailed. Teri Harp, the receptionist, was very personable and always recognized my voice when I called, and treated me like we had known each other for years. After much negotiation with the other driver’s insurance company, when I went into the office to pick up my settlement check, the rest of the staff made a point of coming into the conference room to greet me. I was very impressed and felt special. I also met Lashonda Council-Rogers, who is so down-to-earth and gracious. I highly recommend Council and Associates; they will treat you like family and fight for the best outcome.
