Communication is unrealistic you are bounced to one paralegal to another. You have to call for updates. I did not do ‘How are we doing ‘ in the fear of being toss farther back in the waitlist. I counted my interaction after two years 8 times.

I had to change teams because Morgan & Morgan don't care about your case unless you have a multimillion dollar win on your hands. Even then you're better off with a team that cares more.

This firm is by far the worst firm I’ve ever dealt with. They don’t answer the phone, the attorney is full of lies, and his assistant just make excuses for him. I know several people that have cases with him along with mine and they barely get any updates. I’ve called for weeks and my case manager never answers. I was understanding due to the pandemic but it’s been a year....TERRIBLE

Where do I even start....So I got into a car accident back in January of 2018 after a girl crashed into the back of my car at a red light and I was referred to this company. Kenneth Southall explained to me that they’d be able to assist me. For the first 3 months the firm kept in contact, after that I was not able to get in contact with anyone in regards to the status of my case. Finally, after almost 8 months of waiting on feedback I finally heard from a woman named Tia. Tia explained to me that the company was waiting on a settlement from Mercury Insurance, therefore I continued to wait. After about a year I decided that I wanted new attorneys to represent me. I went a whole year without a car, I lost my job due to my injuries, and my treatments were not helping. I also had to drop my college courses and hold off from school. After contacting the company and explaining to them everything that concerned me including a lack of communication I advised them that I would send them a notice of release via email. However, a new attorney named Wayne contacted me who worked for Southall and stated that he could truly help out with my case and resolve everything. Therefore, I stayed with the company. Time went by once again and I didn’t hear from Wayne Haydin Jr. So I called on September 20th of 2020. The woman who answered the phone stated that my case had been dropped and that the company was no longer working on it. She failed to mention why the case had been dropped and when. She stated over the phone that she was “not allowed” to give out that information. Now no one will pick up my case after losing my car, my job, and my place after waiting 2 years for my case to settle. I now have to get the court to subpoena these idiots just for the reasoning of why my case was dropped and why I wasn’t informed. This company is shady, unresponsive, unreliable, unprofessional, has poor customer service, and should really take up a new profession because representing people of the U.S. is not their specialty.
