I have called and called and so no settlement.. I just been getting the run around..

I was involved in car accident and was looking for an attorney. After doing some research Kanner and Pintaluga seemed to be the best option. They have been a great help and I feel reassured that my case is important to them. I'm most impressed with the legal team and their assistance in the different areas of expertise that they provide. Especially Gerald Reyes.... Now if there is something that I would say that I would change it would be the process of updating the client, meaning initially I was receiving a phone call or email at least once a week. As time went on I found that I had to call to see where my case is, however, that's not a deal breaker. My case is still pending but I'm glad to be represented by them. Update 10/18/17 I'm starting to have some concerns regarding my case and how things are not being handled in a timely manner. The worse its gets the stars will slowly get take away Update 11/7/17 The concerns are growing even worse. I'm truly dissapointed. The are not following through on their promises or call backs. 11/15/17 I added a star back to my review because they have stepped up the communication but there are still a few things regarding medical bills that should have been done awhile ago that is keeping me from adding more. 11/28/17 Communication has made a vast improvement. The case managers are touching base more often and keeping me updated as things progress. Especially have been impressed with Brandy who I feel has been taking my case personally and cracking down on some loose ends. 1/11/18 Its been a second since I updated my review. I'm approaching the end of my case however I'm saddened that its still not complete when it should have been done by now. That's what concerns me, that my new case managers only got on top of things only until when I applied pressure. Hoping to get things resolved and closed ASAP. 2/19/18 I'm EXTREMELY disappointed that my case hasn't been closed especially since my bills have been pain and zeroed out. I really can't say I recommend this law office to anyone when I have friends with other organizations who have gotten through this process much quicker.

Had to update my review because this was a overall bad experience. My case was settled and still haven been paid. Would not hired a lawyer for an accident again. Better off handling it yourself Alice Luben, thank you for taking over my case. A big improvement in communication. Thanks

Ok so I have been dealing with this form for almost a year now. Like alot of other people on here my experience has been horrible. No one contacts you about anything and I wasn't even told about any of my offers I had to call them and after 6 months someone finally said oh we had 3 offers and we are waiting to see if they will go up on the offer more. No my case has been settled but still no money. I was hit from behind on the job and they claim they have to contact workman comp to see if they need to pay them off. I just would like to know has anyone ever been paid by this company. If not I need to been call channel 2 and who ever else will listen. I just want this to be over. I will Never Ever Ever go back to this company.

!ATENCION ATENCIÓN! Mi experiencia con esta firma de abogados fue HORRIBLE , mientras firmas y ellos toman tu caso son muy amables pero luego vas a conocer su verdadera cara . Cuando llamaba para averiguar o saber acerca de mi caso me pasaban de mano en mano no eran precisos la respuestas eran ineficientes muchas veces me colgaban el teléfono, al punto de que me tocaba a mí llamar a los mismos médicos por qué ellos me decían que no habían recibido las facturas y era mentiras solamente estaban esperando ganar tiempo porque el cheque la aseguranza ya se lo había mandado , de lo cual yo me enteré porque la aseguranza me mandó una carta de que ya habían dado el cheque y pasaron varios meses Sin recibir respuesta . Mi compensación fue una miseria comparada con el daño que tuve en mi espalda , por qué a ellos no les importa si no lo de ellos por cierto fue mucho más de la compensación que yo recibí . CUÍDESE esta firma de abogados no se la recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo . Librese de dolores de cabeza .

When I first talked mr. Wayne I was a little disgusted thought I had a made a big mistake are going with the company after him I had a very long conversation about what he can do for me and what I can do for him as being patient giving him time to do what he need to do I got a great understanding what I can't expect from Kanner and pintaluga attorney at law and it takes time now since him and I got to understanding I will no doubt recommend all my family members and my friends to your Law Firm and ask them to ask for mr Wayne or anyone else in your Law Firm thank you so much for handling my case I'm sure I will get great results when it case closed thank you so much
