As a repeat customer of Kanner and Pintaluga, I definitely recommend them as your family's attorney. They are knowledgeable, courtesy and reachable. KP works hard to get you a maximum settlement! A representative will come to your home and/or by your side in the hospital and they accomodate your request through out the process. They are the absolute worse !!! Charlotte & Alex are very rude & unprofessional. When you call & they ask you for your Name & DOB they are looking up all the lies they have been telling you . I'm making a complaint with the Bar once I'm done with them . The communication is TERRIBLE!!! They don't even have common courtesy to keep you updated step by step but yet they want 33% they are some jokes !!!

They do not respond to messages and do not keep you informed on your case! And they are very slow! and Paralegals give out incorrect information. Do not use them for your legal needs!

My BMW was struck while I was at a red light and it seem my life had been thrown upside down ever since. This is the first time I've ever gone through anything like this. Kenner and Pintaluga and Associates came to my home the next day and began to work on my case. They sent me to proper Physicians to thoroughly Ensure my injuries were properly medically addressed. It was a blessing the Physicians I was sent too. Kanner and pintaluga sent over my medical records of my injuries that we're causing me to not only miss work but miss out on my social life and ALL acrivities that basiclly needed by body. The Physicians addressed my body injuries and physical therapy in order to ensure that I could get back to some part of my daily activities. The therapy and surgeries where extensive. Although my body and daily routines have not returned to 100% And Although I will never walk,or stand the same Manner pintaluga are ensuring I still have a future by progressively working on my active case.

My experience with Kanner & Pintaluga was HORRIBLE! The medical providers they referred me to were amazing but Tracey Berrios and her team were less than efficient. I could never get a clear answer as to updates on my case. When an answer was provided it was just to get me off of the phone. If I didn't constantly call and email I would never know what's going on with my case or get a follow up. I know I am not their only client but following up is key. They really should work on their customer service skills. The headaches I receive after speaking to them are worse than the headaches I had from my accident.

DO NOT USE!!!
It's been a year since my accident and I have literally gotten one phone call from them regarding my case. They were real responsive when I first got into my accident and once they secured my business almost all communication came to a halt. On several occasions I've been hung up on by their "call agents" and no one seems to be able to give me a straight answer. I still have no idea what's going on with my case and the status. The trauma from the accident was a big enough head ache unless you want another bigger problem I suggest you take your case somewhere else. They also sent me a chiropractor that was very sketchy however they did change them out for me once I brought it to their attention.

This firm was great, but when dealing with the property damage and claims I was given the wrong instruction on how to handle my claim and it cost me 600 dollars. At first I gave them 2 stars for that reason and because nothing was done at first to help me fix the mistake. Now the mistake cannot be fixed but after being contacted by the firm and discussing the situation I feel much better about the outcome. As we all know mistakes happen we are all human and if the firm can handle all mistakes as they did mine they will have many satisfied customers.

I would like to thank you for having an employee like Alice with your firm. Alice handled my car accident claim against State Farm. She kept me well informed throughout the entire process.
