Just called and was on hold for 8 mins and still talked to no one. Emailed three days aho and still no response. I just wanna know the status of my case. Its been over 8 months and heading into 9. I know its a popular law firm but every customer counts!!!!! Terrible experience with them. Dont return calls no update on your case if its no money on there end then they treat you really bad. Im in Atlanta and got hit while standing on a marta bus and they basically called me a liar cause i asked for a loan.

This company have been nothing but a nightmare for my fiance and I. These people are so unprofessional and their customer service is absolutely the WORST I've seen this far. They have nothing but a mouth full of extreme LIES and cannot be trusted. If you have a strong case, or believe you do, please save yourself the embarrassment and STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS. They have absolutely No morals on taking away from you or your family. I've read some reviews from clients in Florida who suited this company for all their wrongful acts. Please I repeat... DONOT PLAY ON THIS DEVILA PLAY GROUND IF YOU HAVE SOME HOPE IN YOUR CASE.!!

Just horrible experience over-all, you have to literally call back and see about your case, and it's been WELL OVER A YEAR. You would do better representing yourself. Prolonging the process by sending out one form at a time and then making a person notarize a document themselves and overnight it to their location. Also when you try to contact your representative on the case, you would do better just sending a letter through a pigeon and hoping it would get there on time. It's just utterly ridiculous. It seems like a pyramid scheme, they prolong the situation until a payout from another case comes through. SMH!

My experience with Kanner & Pintaluga has been definitely phenomenal! Everyone knows that when you are dealing with lawyers and courts it can be a lengthy process but all I asked for was honesty, communication and a trustworthy team to lead my family through this trying time due to our recent accident but whether it's phone, or email this law firm team helped enlighten me on any subject I was curious about & made me feel comfortable and less stressed through everything! Judith Gonzalez is the person to talk to. I swear if you need an answer or something done in a very timely and professional manner that's the girl for it. So if your like me and like to conduct business as business ask for her to be your case manager no one else and I bet you won't be disappointed.😇😇😇😇😇😇

I wouldn't hire them, not based off the lawyers due to me not even getting to speak to anyone. I wouldn't hire them based off their customer representatives who are very rude, and even hang up on you when they become frustrated. Horrible business from the first call.

My experience with these people has been TERRIBLE!!!!! You have to call and check on your own case. There is no communication. The lie a lot about your case. They told me medicals was taken care. When it was time for me to get my money, all of sudden my medicals was not paid. Stay away from this place. They use your money for commericals. Again.... STAY AWAY before its too LATE.

The representatives at Kanner & Pintaluga were wonderful during my time of need. So patient and took the time to explain the process and to reassure me that they were there to help me throughout my ordeal from the beginning to the end!
