Here we go again. These people are a waste of time! They don't return phone calls. I have been waiting on them to process my medical bills since November 15, 2016. I call and speak to Gerald and he just tells me the same lie every time. I posted a review before about their service and they assured me that it was just a misunderstanding and I edited it...but that was just a ploy to get me to change my review. I am going to contact the State Bar Association, to find out my recourses. I wouldn't recommend this firm to my worse enemy!!!

The most horrible company ever they didn't fight for my case or keep me informed about my case and they jerked me around for a year, DON'T CALL 411 PAIN THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. BAD COMMUNICATION. RUDE AS HELL. THEY SAY THEY COMMUNICATE AND HELP, BUT THEY DONT. MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE TO BLOW THEM UP TO GET AN ANSWER. THEY SENT ME THE WRONG PAPER WORK. THEY ALSO DONT KNOW ANYTHING, (THE LAWYERS). ILL ASK A QUESTION AND THEY WILL SAY I DONT KNOW LET ME FWRD YOU TO SOMEONE. YOU GET SENT AROUND IN A CIRCLE. WORSE EXPERIENCE WITH THE ATLANTA ONE .

My experience with Kanner & Pintaluga was a very pleasant one, especially towards the end of the process during my time working with Adri Leyva. She was definitely very consistent and detailed in all of her interactions with me. She kept me updated and informed within amazing time frames of receiving information. She also made sure that my settlement amount was very suitable for my case! Thank You!

This firm prides its self on personal attention and communication however I called to get them to proceed with a property damage claim about 3weeks ago...I called to check on it because I have not got any correspondence...Kevin Sobel tells me that there is no record that I called and that they called me 3 or 4 times...blamed it on my cellular provider for not getting the calls and also told me they left voicemail...why would I cause a fuss about calls you made????because they were never made. This firm sits around and does nothing. Kevin Sobel and his team offer piss poor service...I canceled with them and in no way will I ever recommend them to a friend or family member. Look up the article about this firm from Fla...scary stuff

Awesome law firm, thanks Mr. Sobel, Gerald and Daniela for all your hard work!! 12/6/16 Well unfortunately, I was in a second accident in a four month time span and the first time I chose KP to represent me the experience was second to none, thanks too Mr. Sobel, Ms. Berrios, Ms. Gil and Mr. Reyes.. So, when the second accident occurred it was a no brainer who I was choosing to represent me once again, thanks to those four individuals for making the second go around just as sweet, I really appreciate you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I remember singing 1-800-411-PAIN theme so everyday at work, at home, in my car even when I had absouletly nothing else to do. I ca'nt explain the joy that I feel inside, knowing that Kanner&Pintaluga are handling my case.
