This was a terrible experience. I was poorly represented and the evidence I uploaded to the client portal was not even shared in court. Moreover, the judge said in open court that the reason there was an extreme delay in our court date was the several months my attorney was on leave. The judge said her leave stated only she was able to handle my case. My attorney said that she thought the court would schedule her while she was on leave because of the seriousness of the case. All along I had been begging my attorney to get me to court because I'm being alienated from my daughter. The attorney pretended the court was causing the delay. I have suffered more and paid more money as a result of this unethical negligence. I contacted my attorney first with this complaint and she did not respond. Next, I reached out to Mrs. Edwards with my complaint, and she did not respond. Therefore, I am writing this review and I am filing a grievance with the state bar of Georgia.

Could have done better with a public offender

I don't know where to start. I was referred to The Eichholz Law Firm. From day one everyone who was involved was caring and concern. One person who stands out the most was my paralegal Mrs. Sharita Fulton we build a relationship and she was sick due and then Covid -19 came and change everything. She was so kind to me and understand me. I was shocked that I heard back from her a few months ago. I thought she left the firm but she didn't. Her communication was excellent. She good in what she do for this form and client. Thanks for everything The Eichholz Law Firm.

My family and I had a very good and helpful experience with attorney Edwards and her staff. Not only did our case go well but they did a good job of keeping us up to speed and keeping us knowledgeable of everything happening with our case, and made everything as simple as possible and to the point. This was honestly a great experience. This is a great team of people to surround yourself with. My lawyer Shaunta Waters made me feel like my case and I were important. She was always available, returned my calls and kept me in the loop with everything she was doing. She even sent me a congratulations card for the baby I had! Would definitely recommend.
