My experience with Council and Associates was great. This was my 1st time in an accident of this magnitude and the ladies helped everything go smoothly. They answered all my questions in a timely manner, were kind and friendly, explained everything in great detail, and my settlement wasn't too shabby either. I pray I never need another accident attorney but I will definitely recommend them to others, and use them again if necessary. #blackgirlmagic

Very good in the beginning which was four years ago and from there downhill all the way by different lawyers on the case or should I say lawyers assistance who was never on the same page,they would always have to go and call the other one to see what they meant when posting on line!! They never once had a straight story always I’ll get back to you which never comes to that. I end up getting back with them and on maybe one or two occasions they would come to the phone I would have to call from a different phone number to get someone on the line on many occasions as I speak now our case was put out in December 31,2014 And we are still waiting we settled over two months ago and the check was promised in 7 to 10 days which has grown into two months going into the third month no I don’t recommend this attorneys office for anyone sorry to say that but very bad experience still waiting

I hired the Macon office a few years ago. Settled out of court over 2 months ago and am still waiting on my money.all liens we're settled and everyday it seems a new issue comes up.i have had it!!!Don't know who to turn to at this point.Its a nightmare.
