My experience with them was quite unbearable. They had me complete an entire packag, told me that they will take my case, only to tell me at the last minute that they can no longer take my case. Maybe you should ask pertinent questions first before having someone fill out your documents with you promising them that you will accept their case. I was fighting for my SSDI benefits. They refused to take my case just because I haven't worked within the past 5 to 10 years. How can you work when you have been ill for the past 17 years I understand that there are rules and regulations to everything in life. However, everyone situation is different and should be handled differently. The point is that I am so glad that they did decline because I recently won my case and yes they will go back. God is good 😊 . Do not believe anyone when they tell you that you don't have enough credits or you have to had worked in the past 5 years. That's not true. I am so happy that these people didn't care to help me. I don't have to pay them anything. GOD WAS MY LAWYER.

REVIEWS MAY BE GOOD BUT BEWARE . I brought them my case of someone running a red light and totaling my car while injuring me and my passenger , the police report stated other driver was at fault and attached video footage . This firm dragged me along for MONTHS barely giving me any information and apparently the information they gave me was not correct they did not fully inform me of anything . Wayne is EXTREMELY unprofessional and rude . They sent me to doctors and left me with over 15,000 in bills before telling me they have to conflict out with a list of lawyers to contact . When I contacted the office to see what was going on Wayne wouldn’t even explain to me why they had to conflict out . DO NOT GO WITH THIS FIRM !!! YOU WILL BARELY HEAR FROM THEM AND NOT BE UPDATED WITH YOUR CASE .

Custody battles are never easy. There was a wide arrange of emotions felt when trying to ensure that I was in my son's life. My case was successful in getting 50/50 physical custody, legitimization, name change, joint legal decision making. We were successful after months of court delays and dealing with difficult/unreasonable opposing party Tessie was cool, calm, and collected the entire time. Her confidence transferred to me and she had my complete trust. I couldn't recommend more. Money well spent.

I contacted Attorney LaShonda Council with Council & Associates, LLC, in need of advice for an insurance issue involving a tractor trailer. Attorney Council was able to provide information to assist me, which led me to refer another person to Council & Associates for legal assistance.
