I was recently referred to John by another attorney who practices family law. I am the manager of a small business, and unfortunately we were recently served with a lawsuit alleging, among other things, fraud and breach of contract by a company that we had conducted a small amount of business with a few months before. When I met with John, I was initially surprised by how young he was, even though I had done some research on him already and realized that he had an impressive background. However, after going over our case, I was amazed at the depth of his knowledge on the issues alleged in the lawsuit against us, and he immediately developed a plan for proceeding with the case. After he filed our response to the lawsuit, he was able to convince the other side to dismiss the case without the possibility of refiling, and we were not required to pay anything to settle. It was an altogether great experience, and I would not hesitate to recommend him.
