I didn't like that I had to call to find out who my lawyer was. They never called to give me updates on my case. They switched lawyers multiple times without notifying me. I had to do all the footwork for getting my injury care. They give you several case managers on your team but only one was knowledgeable about my case her name was Scarlett O, all the others gave me wrong info and it was different info from them all they had no clue to my case. The lawyers would have attitudes if I asked a lot of questions but how would I know and understand what was going on unless I asked. My experience was not good at all Scarlett the case manager I would give her a 5 star but the firm I would rate 0 star and hopefully they will read this and critique their methods and be more mindful of their clients for it's the clients who keeps your firm up and running not the staff if we didn't choose your firm your doors would close. I had an excellent lawyer in the beginning her name was Patricia but they took her from me without notifying once again much more I could say but my comment is already long.

This company is a rip off an try rob you out of money like you don’t know math Jimmie has the Worst communication only emails you when he wants then doesn’t explain nothing fully . Like why y’all are taking more than 25 percent ? He never calls only emails no one here ever answers the phone an don’t call you back do no use this law firm you won’t get much when you settle an they will drag you for weeks and then never call you for a update or to better explain anything

Mr. Johnson was prompt in returning my calls, emailing me in a timely and efficient manner when I had any questions. He was always kind and respectful, and I truly appreciated that.
